I never expected such a clear, vibrant orange! This was the first year I've had it, and our spring was very late coming, and I thought that my new irises might not bloom, at all. They did. All the plants came through, all bloomed. They will have a better show next year, but the colours were out of this world, especially this orange. I'm getting another!
It was too cold for any of my fragrant irises to be purfumey.
